The eldest daughter of Sir Marmaduke Rowley, married to Louis Trevelyan. She stubbornly resisted the orders of her jealous husband to forbid Colonel Osborne the house, insisting that to do so would be to justify his charges. She followed Trevelyan to Italy after he had abducted their son, and persuaded him to return to England for medical treatment, where he soon died.
