We are delighted to announce that on 24th April 2026 we will be celebrating Anthony Trollope’s birthday in the historic surroundings of the Garrick Club. Trollope himself was a member of the Garrick, and it is a special privilege to mark his 211th birthday in the very club that he was a member of.

Founded in 1831, the Garrick has long been associated with literature and the arts, and remains one of London’s most distinguished private clubs. The evening will be a black-tie occasion and promises to be a memorable celebration of Trollope’s life and work in the company of fellow members and guests.

• Tickets are £125 per person.
• Places are strictly limited to forty.
• Booking will open at 6pm on Wednesday 1 October 2025, instead of the previously advertised time of 12 noon, to make it more convenient for US members.
