As we prepare to celebrate the fifth year of the Trollope Society’s BIG READ, we’re inviting you to help decide which novels we’ll read in 2025. Over the past four years, this worldwide reading group has brought together a community of Trollopians to read and discuss more than 20 of Trollope’s novels. Now, it’s your turn to shape the next chapter of this incredible journey.

Your choices for 2025

Among the titles you can vote for are three captivating novels we’ve yet to read:

• The Vicar of Bullhampton – A compelling story of love, morality, and social justice, set in a rural English parish.
• Dr Wortle’s School – A thought-provoking exploration of scandal, reputation, and the complexities of human relationships.
• John Caldigate – A gripping tale of adventure, gold mining, and a controversial court case that challenges the boundaries of truth and loyalty.
